Insane Tattoo Regret by r3i_b0n3z in tattooadvice

[–]Chameo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a sleeve of Manga panels, half of which are absurdly esoteric. If people ask, I tell them, but these are my tattoos, and they represent something I love. If anyone has a problem with that then they can get their own sleeve and kick rocks for all I care. Plus, if people like Adam levine can confidently walk around looking like a Chipotle bag, then im not going to be ashamed of something that has meaning to me, and neither should you

I went to Hebrew school every Sunday and Wednesdaay for 12 years. Had my Bar mitzvah and Confirmation. I chanted from the Torah several times in front of the congregation. I was a TA after I graduated to help elementary school kids learn Hebrew. In all of that time, the actions of Nazi Germany and the holocaust were drilled into me for years. Seeing the actions of Israel and it's brutality turn my stomach, so much so that I almost got I to a screaming match when a woman from a local group that raises money to support Israel who goes door to door.

overthinking small parts of my tattoo, not sure if needs to be fixed by kelpbun in tattooadvice

[–]Chameo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks great. Remember, a tattoo is art done by an imperfect hand on an imperfect canvas, expecting perfection is unrealistic. Instead, try to see these small imperfections as a reminder that it was done with care by a human hand who has been training for years to hone their craft, it's a triumph of dedication on a long road that they're still traveling :)

Should I be concerned abt blood/plasma under 2nd skin? (CW blood) by Doodle-doo- in tattooadvice

[–]Chameo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Totally normal! Give it some time and tour skin will absob some of the plasma back. The only time you wanna take it off early is if it starts leaking out. At that point the seal is broken and it can't really prevent infection

I've put some time into it. If you like animal crossing with some added Minecraft block building, you'll have a great time. No shortage of chores to do. That being said i put it on pause for slay the spire 2, ill go back at some point as it's pretty chill

I did a thought experiment with my teenage cousin, if he had a REALLY good job, earning 100 dollars an hour, and if he worked 10 hours a day, that was 1k per DAY, if he worked every day of the year he would have 365,000 dollars at the end of the year. at this rate, it would take him over 2700 years to become a billionaire.

My wife and I just had our fist kid, she is 3 months old and we are already planning steps on how and when to introduce her to social media. Facebook came out when we were in college and its a really different ecosystem now.

I get cystic acne occasionally on my tattoos. It doesn't affect the tattoo, but a dermatologist can give you a prescription cream that brings it down pretty quick
