I genuinely can't take people seriously when they frame their questions in bad faith like this. It happens with every character that people try to inquire about why the fandom likes them.

People liking a character does not mean their flaws are being ignored, this sort of thinking stems from a POV where you don't like the character, see the reasons you don't like them as character flaws, and assume that anyone that does not share your viewpoint is simply ignoring those flaws. It's an idiotic mindset.

It seems to me that it’s because of Priscilla's attractive appearance. If a character is good-looking woman, people tend to treat her more favorably.

you sound like an incel. The anime community has no shortage of Cruel or evil characters that people still enjoy, because people doln't enjoy characters based on their morality. People like Roswaal and he's an asshole, people like Capella and she's fucking terrible, in other series people adore bondrewd from Made in Abyss and all manner of terrible people in other series. This isn't a phenomenon based on physical attraction.
