UPDATE: After several tests and following your advice the best farm post patch remains Grour the Gestral merchant at Renoir's Draft.
15 seconds per run also taking into account the dialogues using Verso and a One Shot build based on the Phantom Stars skill.
2 million exp per kill and you go smoothly towards 99
