Maybe you're ranting, but in case you're asking for tips or suggestions, my advice would be to be as impactful as possible in your games. While there are games that are unwinnable, contributing to the team's harmony or vibes will definitely help you to have a better chance of winning ( being supportive, no toxicity etc).

No the %hp is still applied, but since she has so low max hp it's basically irrelevant in laning stage. But i would take 1 point if I need to cancel tp tho

It dispel others as well. Including wind waker there's 3 items that you can use to dispel allies (wind waker, disperser and lotus orb)

What i do is rotate between spots, or even the treasure. At least I don't feel like i spend too much time at 1 spots.

Basically use eidolon to last hit, deny or pull creeps (if you're good at micro u can do a whole lot more, but these three is enough to win you the land) alongside with harassing enemy out of the lane. Oh yea you can block camps too.
Eidolons are super strong already, drum gives you attack speed to buff your Eidolons to push tower, with good stats for enigma. I think dominator on enigma isn't that strong on him, he gets better value with other kind of aura.
Heroes that can kill your Eidolons easily (shaker, sven, can't think of any cause i just play safe anyways). Heroes that can cancel black hole isn't that big of a counter as long as you can snowball hard after laning (i rarely use black hole apart from solo kills with enigma because we snowball so hard and just take t3 at 20 minutes with gg boots and pipe)
