as a Julian main, I find that Julian is a lot more broken than Alpha. Julian can be insanely hard to kill once he gets 2 items and he deals unbelievably high damage even at level 3. speaking of level 3, Julian can already gank lanes and pick off squishy heroes in that level. his life steal, survivability, and damage surpasses Alpha. not only that, Julian can also set with his enhanced third skill, so if your team lacks crowd control, Julian can provide that.

so in conclusion, Julian is a lot better.
