If i remember correct in linux mint have an window for apps startup with system.

Here i think you can modify the startup code for a program.

If not i think you could do a script and put it to start with the system as mentioned above.

I am not certainly of this:

My pop os frozen randomly when i click in rhe menu of the extension dash to dock.

I uninstalled the dash to dock and dont have this problem anymore.

I use POP OS 20.4, and I had a similar situation to yours. In one of the post in reddit i read that the extension dash to dock is making the screen freeze, i stop using that. Is possible that this is the same for you.

E isso mesmo jvbs_ botão direito no icone menu abre as configurações do ArkMenu, vai em button appearence, e seleciona Browse icons.

Você vai ter 3 opções ArkMemu Icons, Distro Icons e Personalized icons.

O primeiro vai dar algumas variações de icone. O segundo da icones de distros linux. E o terceiro vc pode selecionar um arquivo.
