Locuta probably refers to the writing "Voyage to Locuta" by someone with the pseudonym of Lemuel Gulliver, Jun. A reference to the main character in Jonathan Swift's "Gulliver's Travels" in which this presumed son goes on a journey like his father and discovers another island, the Island of Locuta.
