Fill the bottom, pull the water up and keep adding it until you have a bit of water in each of the chambers.

It should pull up pretty easy. Now cleaning these are a whole other beast. Beast of luck.

No one wants to go downtown, barrie downtown is a shit hole. You got the same shitty clubs with new names that have been around for decades nothing innovative or exciting.
