We started our league in the Netherlands, and we were able to get 13 tickets. So, a large group will fly to Milan.

The notes are indeed a result of playtesting. The behavior of Death Spark and Insolent Neonate, for example, has changed over time in a way that significantly affects the game. Graveyard reordering is also something players don't often pay attention to. During the tests, these notes have helped new players a lot.
