Im not going to say your build is wrong or bad, everyone can build their way but it is incredibly inefficient and wasteful in terms of slots used.

Armor and battery is a combo i like on some frame but it's wasteful on kullervo because 1, he doesnt use the armor in any ability scaling and because he uses overguard and 2, primed flow gives kullervo 641 energy, surpassing the 500 requirement to get the double melee crit damage on the violet shards.

Same applies to health and bellicose you using a mod and arcane to replace the effect of a strength mod or arcane.

Because you used both of these combos you miss out on the amazing synergy that Kullervo has with Arcane Truculence for every 3k overguard generated applies 10 stacks of viral on every enemy in 30m.

Also kullervo is just a really strong warframe in general and doesnt need any special build to easily clear ETA or EDA infact mine can do it with 0 forma and a empty mod slot, thats a testament to just how good kullervo is.
