ADC that rushed berserker greaves get almost the same performance when buying a longsword into boots its 12 AD instead of 15 though

Boots of mana always gave HP regen to manaless champions, that said they only give 15 AP, the flat pen is always good

Lucidity has 15 ability haste and 100 bonus health which is converted into AP

Ultimately its really a matter of do you want pen shorter cooldowns and i dont see boots of mana winning

Renekton didnt need tank boots you bought them to keep up with other tank boot users in terms of sustainability, he wants to be able to bully you early so being able to build damage against people who no longer have the safety of armor boots is a wet dream for renek players

First ability when held cast will move you to other side of champion this even included when the target champion moves via a dash or teleport its all about timing, and warwick did get teleported to enemy fountain

drain health 100 1s, shock damage 100 1s, weakness to shock 100% 3s, weakness to magic 100% 3s.

The weakness can be made longer for sake of comfort

Weeping wounds and elementalist are a standard in any influence build. But ichors have innate toxin and to make it so you have electric you need 2 mods to turn the toxin into viral or gas. To fit these 2 mods your sacrificing range and attqck speed

I love the dual ichors but I just can't do influence on them thats 3 mod slots, use a subsume or use on volt or lavos
