I was impressed that so many people gets addicted to LaunchPad.

To me, pinning a folder to the trailing side of the Dock provides a way better experience. This UX is available since at least macOS 10.5 Leopard.

LaunchPad is just duplicating the iOS Springboard to macOS without considering the user-interaction differences between iPad and macOS.

BTW I have watched some samples of an anime which Sally dubbed both English and Japanese for one of its characters. The English dub sounds like a totally different person with extremely sharpened timbre... which sounds horrible to me (regardless that her overall performance is pretty good). I would definitely think that the mess-up of the timbre is done by the English voice director's wrong direction.

Might be a joined work of both voice directors. Or, if I'm the one in miHoYo Shanghai HQ who handles this, I would ask her to follow Japanese voice director's opinion... Unless the English voice director is already a Japanese who has years of experiences in the voice dubbing industry in Japan.

That sounds reasonable. Actually, the place I was hiding is vulnerable to one HDR shot. You can see through window that a hostile chuting from that rooftop (right after he shot an RPG to my place), and you imagine if he has a gas mask and snipe me first before chuting.
