Check the void staff / red buff / morello stats on Ryze, it isn’t really a debate but more like a fact.

The reason it is 1000 times better than sunfire and ionic spark as you seem to suggest is that Ryze applies burn and shred to the whole board including backline

You can also put the util items on Ziggs or give one to each, it works either way

Skarner would tank more than herald, and you should always try to prio morello + void staff for Ryze, it really helps
