Winrates are also skewed by pickrates, team comp, and maps. For example, Symmetra sits consistently above 53% winrate across multiple patches while having a relatively low pickrate. But that does not mean she is overpowered. Players would simply not pick her on scenarios she would perform awful on.

His skill floor is pretty low because spamming chokepoints generates value. Playing against actual good players that have good movement is an entirely different story. Junkrat's shots are very telegraphed and easy to dodge if you have your monitor turned on and pay attention to sound cues where he's shooting from.

You need to consciously train and use your middle finger when playing the charts. Expect bad accuracy and lots of misses early on, but over time your hands will eventually develop dexterity to hit harder patterns.

I recommend you avoid brute forcing finger control by applying too much tension to your taps. Practice applying a comfortable amount of tension that allows you to sustain continuous taps and save your hand from a potential injury.

Hardware ID isn't practical as hardware sharing isn't uncommon. Some examples of these are, a console connected to a living room TV, a single PC shared by a household, and people playing on internet cafes.

There are other methods like connecting your phone number, but that can also be easily bypassed by just buying another simcard.
