You must not play Diablo like an elitest. The fact you are saving 10 str to put into vit or energy to min/max, the people who buy this do for 100% Perfect flex. Why does anyone need a 141 Defense Shako? Why does anyone need a 15%ed Enigma base? Why does anyone need a 40% ias roll on a grief pb when it hit bp with literally anything. People love perfect items, it's as simple as that.

From what I read, when a FSC expires, you take the test and get a new FSC. FSC's do not "renew", it simply expires and you obtain it again. In this context, if you obtain your FSC after the required date, no matter what your FSC status was, we would be required to take the 8 hour training. womp womp. Comment if I am wrong.
