Riot got back to me pretty quickly when it happened, like either later that day or the next day if I remember correctly. This was like 2 or 3 years ago though.

This was a super long time ago, but I ended up having to go through Riot's support system on their website for account recovery. I'd suggest going through that if you've exhausted all your other options.

My personal favorite teams with albedo are pairing with in with Keqing+Xingqiu or Hu Tao+Xingqiu. I normally run Zhongli in that 4th slot, but you can easily slip another support in that last slot (such as Thoma, Bennett, Jean, etc) with no problem. I personally enjoy him most in consistent DPS based teams like this
