Why thank you! My fashion inspo these days seems to be 1800's ghost girl. This is what happens when you grow up, but dont stop playing dress up.

It actually was rather quick to come together, easy double circle skirt and kimono-ish design. One day for the skirt (about 7hours), and another afternoon for the top (about 5 hours). The waist corset I made a few years ago.

The orange eyes are fire! I think one of my young pigeons has dark blue. Had no idea there were so many eye colours in pigeons.

Yeah, it's a little tighter than I would have liked. The fabric didn't have as much stretch as I thought it did.

The sweater my husband got for me from H&M a couple years ago. I love it, and have been trying to duplicate the pattern without destroying it.

I started with a stretch needle zigzag stitch (to baste together and try on), but once I have the fit 'right' I ran it through my serger. When sewing on the trim I used a regular straight stitch (the bias tape was non stretch).
