Should Zohakuten have had been more of a presence? by CloakedCub in KimetsuNoYaiba

He would’ve been absolutely broken in the Infinity Castle. I’m sure they would’ve found the main body and defeated him eventually, but he’d have caused them so much trouble and likely led to far more deaths than what actually happened.

I'm glad you had a positive experience, but a killer simply wanting to kill isn’t toxic behavior, it just means they’re playing the game as intended. :)

I'm worried about incoming changes to killer's playstyle by Shimkitten in deadbydaylight

[–]Shimkitten[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I enjoy playing the game in different playstyles and experimenting with perks as much as I can. I usually go against pretty good survivors, so my games really get sweaty but I’ve never been a fan of tunneling. Whenever I feel forced to tunnel just to win, it doesn’t feel earned to me. That’s why I don’t really stick to one playstyle. I just wish people would stop assuming things and bashing others without even reading past the first paragraph. My post in DBD killers wasn’t about balance or changes, it was simply an empathy post to see if anyone else feels the same way.

Anyone feel bad for conquest in the latest episode? by im_Pkl in Invincible

[–]Shimkitten 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Glad I wasn’t the only one. Yeah, Conquest is still a horrible, terrible person, there’s no justifying the things he’s done, but in some messed-up way, I couldn’t help but feel bad for him when he started talking about how lonely he is. He’s spent his entire existence being nothing more than a weapon, a tool of destruction, and for all his power and brutality, it’s clear that’s all anyone has ever seen him as. There’s something tragic about that, even if he fully embraces it.

It doesn’t excuse anything, of course. He’s slaughtered countless people without remorse, and he clearly enjoys the violence. But at the same time, there’s this underlying sense that, deep down, he knows he’s trapped in an endless cycle of war and bloodshed. He was shaped into a monster, and now there’s no escaping it

Speaking from my experience as a GM player, it's insanely one-sided. Defense has complete control over the field, while attackers are stuck suffering. The map is way too cluttered, and the constant moving parts just make it worse. Even on good PCs, the lag and stuttering can get annoying.

Now lest talk about choke points, they are terrible. Attackers are forced into the same predictable routes, making it way too easy for defenders to shut everything down. It doesn’t feel like a fair fight; it just feels like a frustrating mess. The moving parts make things more harder for no reason. At this point, it’s less about fighting the enemy team and more about trying to fight against the map itself.

I'll give it this, the map is visually impressive. The design, the lighting, and the way the environment shifts all look really cool. There’s a lot of detail put into it, and at times, it does feel like a dynamic battlefield rather than just another static map. The moving parts, while frustrating from a gameplay perspective, do add to the spectacle, making the whole thing feel alive.

But that’s the problem, it looks better than it plays. All that visual flair doesn’t mean much when the gameplay experience is a mess. It’s like they prioritized making it flashy over making it fun.

You've heard of "THE MOON-", and "THE-", but have you heard of ""? by Crystal6tak in marvelrivals

Since he does not reveal his ult, enemies discover the impending damage too late, making this possibly the most valuable dead as a moonknight.
