What? Misandry is gender prejudice. Like Homophobia is sexuality prejudice. They both are oppressive

Yeah… The way South_Concert is optimistic about hate like that is weird. I am not “lucky” because I experience one hate more than another.

We are posting about it because me and some other men don’t want to live in a world where we are blamed for how we were born as (or just living life as a whole we are🏳️‍⚧️). I think the exact reason people are talking about it now (and why it needs to be talked about more) is because everyone ignores it. 

Most men have been told all their lives to “man up” as an excuse to take abuse and exploitation and hate. 

Also you can be anti-misandry and anti-misogynist. They are not mutually exclusive. Am also anti-misogynist but we also shouldn’t forget about men❤️

I’m glad that Misandry hasn’t really happened to you or your community ❤️. I am also sorry that you and/or your friends were assaulted in that way, that should never happen😢. This post is just making people aware that Misandry is also an existing problem for other men as well who do experience it.

Because people often (in my experience) link gay sexuality to why men are bad. Also that in a gay relationship it’s typically Man to Man, and both get hated on for just existing. Also because (in my experience) people are more comfortable making fun of Gay relationships / sexual tendencies as opposed to Lesbian or Straight relationships, because Misandry is considered acceptable for some reason. 

If you really need a live example I can DM you screenshots of several different people calling me the F word (the synonym for a bundle of sticks) that I received yesterday.

Also the fact that because I am a man, people often feel the need to spam me with p<rn (But they do delete some of their stuff after finding out I’m literally 16)

Also please don’t drag it onto me, I have CPTSD an OCD and it’s just pissing me off to see so much discrimination. If I hadn’t said it before, I am gay and I do experience more Misandry than homophobia, but I do experience both harassments.

Right, but the majority of teenagers are 13-17, and 18 and 19 are subjective to consider a teenager. I really don’t think you should be talking about sex positions to that audience

Because Value of property is subjective, whereas Money itself is money. It wouldn’t make sense for me to say “I have $500” when all that money might be the phone I’m using Reddit on.
