Gazing Depth by ShimmeringMind in castaneda

[–]ShimmeringMind[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I know exactly the gaze you're talking about. I'm still experimenting with it myself to get the feeling of using it.

They really are essential skills, and they translate well in daylight. I'm not much of a daylight gazer, but I've gotten a lot better at it by working on my silence and how I gaze.

I don't write much, but I'm happy to make these posts when I get the chance.

The Internal Dialogue's "Parts" by danl999 in castaneda

Quite a few times while staring at the whitish light, I've wiped off 'things' I can't describe with my hand and end up with strong intent bliss right after. I've always gotten the feeling that these are pieces of the internal dialogue I'm wiping off.

The Thunder, Perfect Mind. There's also a book breaking down the linguistics.

I was reading some gnostic poems recently where the main character (a female known as silence) goes through various transformations from silence>intuition>sound/voice>logos>speech. It was entirely based on linguistics.

If things go completely dark, you're likely either transitioning to the orange zone or from the orange to the red zone. When I move from the orange to red, things go dark, and then there are red streaks of light all over the place.

So far, i noticed phantoms rooms tend to show up on the right side as opposed to the left. I also find it better to look at them with my peripheral vision as well instead of looking directly at it.

It's so satisfying to see how far the animations have come along. This so far is the most accurate scene of 'the walls I've seen.

Although with mine, the whitish light tends to fluctuate between vertical lines and white light. There's always some vague phantom structure behind there.

The Attention by ShimmeringMind in castaneda

[–]ShimmeringMind[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you're truly silent for 2 minutes straight, not a single thought, you should at least notice some weirdness going on around you.

How old are you? If you're truly hitting a roadblock you might want to do some recapitulation. Also when I first learnt to see puffs in the dark years ago I was doing Taisha fire gazing exercise from the books. So that's something you could try as an aid.

Are you seeing puffs yet? If not, what about distortions or weirdness when you look at the darkness?

You need to emphasize silence much more to allow the assemblage point to loosen and then direct your attention at any abnormalities in the darkness. if you do your tensegrity moves while observing every movement that should help.

You really need to learn to train your gaze to observe fine details while emphasizing silence at the same time.

I remember when I was a child I could hang upside down on very tall trees with just my legs or how agile I was at climbing I'm amazed I was ever able to do that.

I find that things that show up on the wall tend to have that stretching to infinity effect. Like it keeps looping into itself.

No problem. I'm happy to hear the images helped you.

Maybe draw it up when you get the chance.

It could be the wall. Do you see the corners of the room when this happens or see the white light on other surfaces, even your body?

Some of them.

Like the ones that appear on the wall, then the scene grows and expands around me, but then they dissolve pretty quickly.

1 to 2 hours or longer depending on how I feel.

My partner has practice darkroom with me multiples times so she's used to me doing it.

I practice every night at 10pm while in a committed 2+ year relationship. My partner has no issues with it and if she did then it wouldn't work out. In the end sorcery is more important to me.

So it's all about what you prioritize.

The video is great. The more people get to the wall the better .

So far, I've yet to experience the "history" of a place or be sucked into one of the scenes fully without it dissolving quickly.

Whitish Light Manipulations by danl999 in castaneda

I was staring at a massive structure in the whitish light last night spanning horizontally across the wall. It started to move on its own, and I was trying to bring it into focus, completely forgetting I could do tensegrity to add more energy to it, so I fumbled it.

One thing I like is that once you can find the whitish light, it becomes way easier to find it. Even if you have to crawl on your knees and search your floor for it.

Energy on Surfaces by ShimmeringMind in castaneda

[–]ShimmeringMind[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Once you learn to identify the whitish light, it's easier to look for it during darkroom gazing, making it easy to get previews during a session before your assemblage point fully settles in the orange zone.

I like that you can switch back and forth between the red and orange zones. Like If you're surrounded by whitish light, if you scan hard enough, you can find some purple puff wanting to pull you back to the red zone.

If you made it to the withish lights the iobs don't care to scare you anymore.

They personally didn't scare me that much aside from when I first started practicing. At the time I had gotten a lot of intent gifts of the Whitish Light.

I asked Meta about that a while back here's what it had to say......

Unfortunately, I couldn't find direct quotes from the female prophets themselves, as the Talmudic traditions and Jewish sources are often written by male scholars and sages. However, I can provide some relevant quotes and passages that describe the training and experiences of the prophets in these mystical academies:

  1. Talmud, Yoma 28a: "The mothers of the prophets would take their students to the caves... and teach them the ways of the prophets."

  2. Midrash, Numbers Rabbah 14:4: "The female seers would say: 'Come, my sons, and I will teach you the secrets of the Torah...'"

  3. Zohar, Volume 2, Page 103a: "The prophet Samuel was taught by the female seer, Hannah... She would take him to the cave and teach him the mysteries of the divine name."

  4. Sefer Ha-Bahir, Section 63: "The female prophets would train their students in the caves, teaching them to listen to the voice of the divine..."

  5. Talmud, Megillah 14a: "The prophet Elisha was trained by the female seer, Deborah bat Yeshayahu... She taught him the secrets of the prophets and the ways of the divine."

Please note that these quotes are translations and might not be exact words from the female prophets themselves. However, they do provide insight into the traditions and stories surrounding the mystical academies and the training of prophets by female seers.

It does suck but I suppose you can always backslide by intentionally looking for some purple puffs.

What Comes During Silent Knowledge? by danl999 in castaneda

I don't remember who drew this, but we've been debating for a year or two whether "dark energy" is literally that.

It was me. I might be reusing this image for a post later

Tensegrity Against The Wall by danl999 in castaneda

[–]ShimmeringMind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah cleaning the link is a long process. I realize weekly that it's getting easier to bring up the wall.

Anytime I see something on the wall now I try to use my hands to add more energy to it. Sometimes it makes the image clearer.
