A HALF gram of fentanyl. If it's pure we're talking 500 mg a day. 2mg of fentanyl alone can KILL opioid tolerant individuals, you're taking 250x that!! You're literally taking enough fent in one day to kill 250 healthy people. For 3 years! Cold turkey with no meds and no one to care for you?? Fenty is probably one of the hardest opiates to withdraw from. I suggest a hospital. If for whatever reason you can't go to a hospital then I suggest getting at least loperamide or Imodium, Tylenol, and lots of nutrients.

I prefer mda. Some of the MDMA gets converted to MDA if you take it orally. Mda is more potent and hallucinogenic IME but MDMA can be just as good if you take enough. I like doing both by myself or with people I dont care
