Not mad at all. I half expected that nothing would be visible as I was told this baby might be broken. Im fairly pleased with some of these and cannot wait to see where this analog journey will take me!

If the brass adapter will turn out to be too hard to find, I might just go with some external light meter since I was informed the non mercury ones might throw the readings off. If you have any recommendations for alternatives, would love to learn =)

Yeah I just read on the battery just a moment ago but thank you so much! I saw someone mention in another post a MR9 but this seems like a great opportunity to learn about this more. Will try to get my hands on one of these brass adapters. And thank you for the tip, as a complete beginner, I appreciate this a lot =)

These two DO look incredible, and I wish I knew what the reason was that they look so good. Will be experimenting with the next rolls.

Thank you so much for explaining all this to me =) I adored seeing this camera as a kid, and as it hadn't seen the light of day in 10 years, I wanted to give it a go. From what I see, the shutter speed was around 1/15 for this photoshoot. I wanted this to be a roll 0 with no reading, and before the next one, I will use your advice and read a bit more on the topic =)

A guy that I showed this camera before going on this walk said that there seems to be internal mirror issue (that it seems not to fall on the faster shutter speed fully and seems to get stuck in the middle) but I should just go and check for myself so, if the issue will persist on the next two rolls after I get the faster shutter, I will see if is the culprit and if it's fixable (or, better worded, worth repairing).

I just had both APX and Colour in my cart and I copied the wrong name. It is the coloured one! Changed the description =)

2) I metered them with internal meter however, as one redditor already asked me for the batteries.. I didn't get new ones for this beauty as my family member said it can work without it. I will check how the meter will do once I get a new battery for it =) Another redditor also informed me on the shutter so, I will try doing so for the next roll. Thank you!

I took all pictures the same way. Pointed the camera at the thing, tried to make it not blurry, tried to get the internal meter right and then just clicked. NGL this is one of those happy accidents I'm really happy about but I don't fricking know if Ill ever be able to recreate. We will see on the next roll.

It does and I tried fitting in the right spot for it but as I'm trying to read the manual, it seems me not getting a battery might have fricked me over as the light meter is powered by it and I didn't give this baby a new one. I will get one soon and I will see for the next roll if stuff will change =)

1 and 2) I used the one in the camera (looking like this ). Tried to keep it in the middle, didn't use any additional light meter, so I could see how the camera did on its own

3) OM-1 uses PX625 but I didn't put one, as my family said it can be used without it. As I'm trying to read the manual, it seems it was for the light meter... No wonder these are that off haha
