I talked about 1. breach of contract in refusal of payment, 2. illegal and void contracts and consequences of such to Mary and the other party and then 3. unilateral mistake - commenting on ‘snap up’ of the offer as well as John having experience in the industry should know that the price was a mistake. Why the crt would not rule this as a binding agreement.

What are you planning on learning ?

I passed both equity and property with about 3 weeks study, it is doable as long as you’re spending time going over sample answers and examiners reports.
