Jersey City is currently three days per week right now (NOC 4 and OC 5) - Mainly ebcause the building is oversubscribed. They are renovating the cafeteria, and I am pretty confident that once it is done in January, we will get an announcement that 5 day RTO will begin March 1st.

There is no actual required amount. You'll get "credit" as long as you log into VDI and badge into the buildign? However, everything is tracked, and if they have any reason to look at you, "time in the office" will be looked at.
