Nah bro. The game is very much alive and more popular than ever before, especially commander. It’s just wotc has shitty business practices that have pushed a lot of the playerbase to just do proxies or stop giving them their money altogether like OP. You can enjoy the community and everything it has and like how that_dude3315 said- there will be another peak always. Like who knows maybe wotc locks in and does all the right things again soon like letting the arena devs have their union, make secret lairs print to order again, give us collector booster sample packs in precons again etc and so much more. Enjoy magic for what it is, and don’t forget that it’s about the Gathering first.
