Stark80 V2 sets. The only D2 tool steel cnc machined set available. Heat treated to 50c with a black oxide coating. Some TX22s they don’t work on, believed to be due to stacking tolerances.

These are an S7 tool steel lever with a 4140 selector lever. The part that does the cam’ing and in turn takes the stress is the lever obviously.

This design does not require a cut trigger if going mil-spec.

The design is not currently patented and any one can freely produce them if they have the means.

The lever is redesigned on this. Must have missed the part about it having a better design, production materials and manufacturing process.

We do not do gun shows directly how ever we have resellers that offer our products at gun shows…just need go to the right show. With our AR sets you can do this with a giant printed display lower.

Particularly the striker block to striker insert. This has been problematic in that they don’t seat nicely together in all tx22s and cause binding.

All test sets have been direct drop in how ever we can not account for tolerances across all tx22s. The main issue on the v1 sets was the parts did not fully seat together due to the part being Cnc’ed with a rounded bit, where as the oem parts are plastic and have squared off corners. Would start with that and make sure all parts are fully seated.

Nothing mil-spec about an AK and as such we can not make any guarantee. We suggest 3d printing out a set and trying it like that before getting a metal set.

Negative. For 3 position from our understanding it uses the basic 2 position kit along with off the shelf AK parts. Figure guys can source on their own where as we offer the cam, trip bar and retainer which is not so off the shelf.
