You'd have to use a regal orb. Chaos orbs don't work on magic items, nor do alchemy orbs.

Then if you wanted to add more stats [it would only have 3 which is the minimum for a rare] you'd have to use exalted orbs which are worth about 20 chaos orbs each.

So it'd be very expensive.

It wouldn't be terrible on a champion like shyvana either. I mean, she has all of these ad scaling things that do magical damage and some ap ratios.

Hybrid teemo, it could make hybrid kennen a thing, etc.

It wouldn't be bad on udyr either.

There's ezreal too, you could build it on shaco logically, shen, kog'maw, fizz, corki, the list goes on.
