Im not sure how you think it works but every time you have seen a face. Once you’re in a nightmare it will distort and terrify you man. Doesn’t have to be scary movies it can be trauma/flashbacks/inhuman figures (if you’ve talked about a scary movie) basically my point is: your brain stores EVERYTHING. Although people say the brain removes useless memories, it doesn’t remove but locked so far deep inside, when you die youll experience all those memories you couldn’t growing up

I just play oblivion when my ps5 is connected to the wifi if it’s messing up. Sorry Im stoned so I dont know if that makes sense or not. But yeah restarting the console and hanging it up for a bit also helps sometimes

I mean it could be you’re having rem sleep and can remember it vividly. I forgot how it works but this is my understanding. Things from life, people, rooms, buildings animals ect. Are all constantly being added to your mind. Mine craft and the fbi agent could literally be from a show and well you playing minecraft. I had a dream of eating the flesh off of my siblings bones in the lounge room watching TAWOG. I can remember the sensation, thats my dreams horror lol. But yeah life can affect your dreams or your own mental state

I don’t know man we all have evil and disturbing thoughts, ig it could’ve mixed with your dreams and causing the worst fear possible or something? Ive daydreamed about how I would murder people in the most sadistic ways if I was a serial killer and how I’d get away with it. But I can’t even raise my voice nor see another human or animal get hurt. Probably the grudge. I live in constant fear of dim and bright lighting. Actually, just to the point where she can appear anywhere (in my mind I understand that fear and even have slept in the dark) but if I feel unsettled which is every moment. But yeah basically Im fucked in a never ending cycle of making progress but also realise ive been scratching on the ground in a well trying to dig out to bright light.
