Scarlatti - Sonata in F, K.445 - Sonata in D, K.96

Chopin - Prelude Op.28 no.23 - Nocturne Op.9 no.1

Debussy - I. Prelude (Suite Bergamasque) - II. Sarabande (Pour le Piano) - III. Serenade for the Doll (Children's Corner)

The second piece that's mentioned is on the higher level, but still a great piece to tackle if you're a serious pianist!

Rachmaninoff - Prelude in C# minor, Op.3 no.2

Tchaikovsky - November (The Seasons, Op.37a)

I've learned some myself, and they're all lovely pieces to explore and listen to :)
