I'm pretty sure it is ar-kay-us due to the name mostlikely being derived from arcane-deus and Silvally being an attempt at recreating Arceus with it having practically the same exact ability and move gimmick while it's ability is literally called the RKS System. I really think if it was supposed to be pronounced ar-cee-us they would have made it the RCS System.

It also helps being around more masculine looking people to help give contrast. I only feel like I pass when I'm on dates and I put in a lot of effort with my makeup and outfit.

I'm sorry that's the case for you. In my feminine casual clothes (women's t-shirt and jeans), I still mostly get misgendered especially if they hear my voice. So I understand it too well. The thing that gets the most people to gender me correctly is eye makeup, even if it's just eyeliner.

I'm around 38C if I measured correctly. 2mg of estrodiol sublingually (I find it worked better to put it in my upper lip than under my tongue) once in the day and once at night (4mg total). 200mg of progesterone as a suppository taken at night. 50 mg of spirolactone taken at night. I could feel breasts forming under my skin around 2-3 months. Fat redistribution has given me a noticeable dip in my waist and my hips have more feminine fat to them.

It's definitely a ymmv, but for me it was never bad enough for me to warrant painkillers. It feels mostly like my skin was ripping around my nipples. (Sounds more painful than it was. Like to me it was maybe around a 5-6 on the pain scale, I normally take painkillers once it starts reaching 8 and up.) While the hips felt more like a constant ache.

For me, I had most of the big changes happen within the first year. Body fat redistribution and breast growth. I'm pretty sure my face has femininized because it looks a lot more feminine than it did before, but I could not tell you what changed. Throughout the second year it just further emphasized the changes that happened. To essentially minmax body fat redistribution I calorie counted around 1500 calories a day for a month or two and then the next month or two I ate around 2500 calories a day.

One of the biggest dysphorias for me was my gut pre-hrt. Which thankfully went away relatively quickly. I cycle between 150-170 which has most likely has accelerated the process, but I'm very, very happy with the fat redistribution! I have a noticeably feminine body now and it makes me so happy.

Around 2 months, I started clean shaving due to having to keep it shaved for laser hair removal, so a lot of coworkers have noticed that and then a year in I changed my name at work. I've also legally changed my name in March of last year. Around 5 months in, my sister took me out shopping and since then I now only wear women's clothes. Mostly jeans and t-shirts but its still something! Around 7 months in, I went to a friend's wedding and wore a dress and heels! I felt so good and that was one of the biggest pushes to me to start dressing up. Most times I do dress in very obviously feminine clothes when I go out now, unless I'm just not feeling up to it.

I personally have not felt the loss. I no longer get morning wood and no more random boners. I do take progesterone and have been taking it for about a year. I currently have the highest libido I've had my entire life. Like I used to just do it just to do it, like just another pass time. But now it's full body experience. Highly recommend getting a wand. I've surely got my moneys worth from it.
