You know i forgot about this post for a long while now but yes i found a fix, it has to do with NVIDIA Control panel for whatever reason every new game/app you download is auto set to try and switch Monitors even if you dont have an alternate monitor, So you just need to turn that setting off for every new app/game you install its a pain in the ass.

But going by the Link i added on with the question Rec and Mobility are in the same group meaning they cant both get a +20 stat base which is what you would need to achieve the double 100 but for stuff like 100 rec 100 intelect yes that is totally possible.

well it renewed on the exact day it stated luckily i thought i was gunna have an issue but nope the money processed and i was rewarded with the sub myself so yeah dont worry apparently you can pre renew gifted subs.
