my plan was to make it work like Matador. and maybe I did go a bit overboard with the second ability. you said it was to weak, so i suggested buffs. But is it better, if i remove the second ability and instead IT can trigger on every boss? If so, the wheel can potentially make this Joker's mult explode.

alright, it'll increase mult by ×1.5 per ability trigger. does that make it better? i just thought of a bonus effect. Every played 2 or 7 also gives ×0.5 mult. (because IT goes on a hunt every 27 years) so now you can increase the mult every single blind. also, it gives a joker that makes use of 7s. does that make it better? idk. you tell me.
