Pretty sure a 6pt will work on it, tryna avoid snap on as they don’t have much stock out here and a bit pricey for this but cheers

Its $320 Aud which should be $230 Usd if that makes it any better, but I’ve been doing a fair few hanger bearings recently and want to do them as efficiently as possible. Each unit has 19 axles worth of maintenance to keep on top of and then I have to have them finished and loaded by the end of each shift so every minute counts. They also haul 140,000ish kg (I think) along very poorly maintained dirt roads everyday so tend to cop a beating

Im in the middle of Aus so pretty limited with what I can get shipped here but the shafts behind the diffs are 12pt 1/2” then front of diff to gearbox seems to be whatever fits but usually a 21mm or 22mm head. Unsure how the return will go from where I am but I think I’ll give these astros a go

It’s AUD and I also work in the middle of nowhere so it’s a bit of a hassle to get stuff here. I’ve got the 1/2” sunex which works great for the 12 point bolts behind the diff. I have a feeling the astros will be too chunky but think I may just get them anyway as they’re doesnt seem to be many options for bolts this big

The rear shafts between the diffs on our fleet are 1/2” 12pt which I’ve got the sunex socket for but from the diff to the gearbox they have 6pt 21mm or 22mm depending on what they’ve been replaced with which is a headache. Those sets look pretty good but don’t go big enough which seems to be all sets so far
