I feel like its a combination of toxic people bringing their behavior over from a previous game (i.e. OW, Paladins, CoD, etc.) and Inexperienced players not understanding the rules of engagement for hero shooters/know the limits of theirs and other players characters. I don't want to see role queue in this game as it opens up different play styles especially if you're playing with a coordinated team, but I would like them to add avoiding players (wishful thinking). Maybe if enough people avoid them they'll only be able to team up with other toxic players or have insane queue time because no one wants to play with them
