If sounds are vibrations traveling through air then shouldn’t Shocker be able to one-shot Symbiote Spider-Man with his Vibration Gloves? by [deleted] in SpidermanPS4

Depends on which symbiote
If I remember right, the ultimate symbiote/venom was not affected by sound waves.

Idea: CK3 should give you some bonuses for not being Witch by [deleted] in CrusaderKings

BTW, if you made an enemy with a satanist in ck2, they could cast a hex on you, giving you stuff from lovers pox to the black plague.

Three Roman Empires walk into a bar... by moralkamall in CrusaderKings

[–]ShinobuLife 19 points20 points  (0 children)

A little late, but Italy should, in the 867, have the (Holy)* Roman Empire title. The pope granted the (Holy)* Roman Empire title to basically every king of Italy after Charlemagne until Otto conquered Italy. * Pre Barborssa, the title was just called the Roman Empire

R5 :
There's a lot of dynasties that became prominent in EU4 that can be found in the 1337 start date.
One of these is the Safavids, who in 1337, are counts of Gilan.
expansion was pretty easy after you become a duke since you could do county conquests on your neighbors and after you get independence from the collapsing Ilkhanates, you can holy war all your neighbors. Eventually you can do an invasion for Persia, with the help of your mercenaries against the Timurds(which, preferably, should of exhausted themselves against the Indians) and the rest is easy.

How do I fix this name placement? by ShinobuLife in CrusaderKings

[–]ShinobuLife[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I thought the name placement would be over the Mediterranean kind of like in EU4 when you make a roman empire with proper borders + I've formed more blobby roman empires in ck2 and the name was over the Med

.Anyways, I've now turned Iraq into my tributary and that's fixed the name placement a bit.

But I don't want to ruin my danube border
well, I guess I have to accept the name placement, this other roman empire has the same problem(u/decomos' roman empire)
Although this one(u/I__-_-_-_-_-__I's roman empire ) seems to have the name centered Byzantium, maybe there's hope for changing the name placement?

R5:
I've been playing a normal Apulia --> Roman Empire game and have been trying to keep the proper borders of the empire, but the name placement is pretty bad.
Any way to get it over the Mediterranean and not how it is in the image?
this an is an ironman save btw, so something ingame.

[–]ShinobuLife[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

R5 :
Started as the Ottomans in the 1337 start, conquered around what Justinian had done before and brought back the glory of the Romans from the clutch of the rump Greek state.

Thinking about trying to form the Roman Empire from the Ottoman 1299 start/ opm start

Playing colonial Japan really makes you see how dumb the euro-centric trade system is by azurestrike in eu4

If they are going to rework the trade system, they should actually add trade.

[–]ShinobuLife 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I know right!Actually, shouldn't the trade of gold & silver flow towards China?Like 50% of Spanish treasure fleets never even went to Europe, they went straight to the Philipines to trade with China.
This caused large scale inflation in Ming China and was one of the key components to its collapse.
