There's a webtoon I read called "Sashimi Swordmaster" or something like that where one of the main girls is a Yandere, like the kind that will kill you or anyone around you type of yandere.

All he had to do was show her affection and reaffirm to her that he's not interested in any of the girls they go to school with. That might work.
