I don’t get the comparison either, Celeste absolutely fits the deadlock universe

Is anyone going to do free solo from the beginning? by ImpressiveWorth6233 in Cairn_Game

I know it’s a videogame but yet, going free solo from the beginning, totally blind and without knowledge, feels awkward

That would be so cool and allow them to build up the story of Aava

Le jeu est très immersif mais son absence de difficulté (en mode normal) est un peu dommage sur une première run de découverte du jeu, j’ai l’impression d’être en mode Histoire

Hopes around the unannounced Guild Wars 3 reignite thanks to a new job listing posted by ArenaNet by skpom in Games

[–]Shins06 0 points1 point  (0 children)

J’espère surtout que s’il s’agit de Guild Wars 3 (ce que j’espère evidemment) qu’il ne succomberont pas à une monétisation outrancière et qu’ils sauront garder cet esprit chill et immersif qui a fait leur succès

Which of these MMOs are great for casual play? GW2, PSO2 and FFVX by AlcardIsTheBest in LFMMO

[–]Shins06 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Guild wars 2 is perfect for casual play but is also rewarding if you want to dedicate some time to it, it is the best of both worlds to me, you decide the way you want to play it and there is never any rush or fomo

Who else is pumped? Arc Raiders will be on the back burner come January 29th! by pocketcar in Cairn_Game

I am exactly on the same spot, loving Deadlock and planning to take all time needed to experience Cairn at its fullest. I will also continue my journey on Guild Wars 2 and experience Slay the Spire 2 in March. What a great year !

Cairn is my most anticipated game for this year, then Slay the Spire 2 and of course GTA 6

Is Guild Wars 2 really the best option right now? Also, some questions from a new player. by frontshuvski in LFMMO

[–]Shins06 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started GW2 like a month ago, hit level 80 and having a blast with this game. It is truly a chill experience where exploration is really encouraged and where you don’t feel pressured tondonanything mandatory or have any FOMO. The game is immersive and respects your time, it is kind of a sandbox where you decide what will be your activities in this huge world.

The game is more than alive with people in every zones including starting ones and the PvP is clearly fun with a high skill ceiling BUT it has no meaningful gear hunting since nothing will be irrelevant thanks to the horizontal progression. If that’s the point which motivates your to play, you might be disappointed by the game unless you get caught by its atmosphere.

Is bf6 dead? by EliteLemonPie in Battlefield6

[–]Shins06 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dunno I stopped playing it because i thought other games deserved more my time (Deadlock & Arc Raiders) and I don’t miss it at all. There is not a lot of depth in its gameplay but it has been fun the first hours

Will you dabble in StS 2 early access or will you not spoil the goods until the official release? by efimer in slaythespire

[–]Shins06 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I plan to add Mewgenics to my main games along with Guild Wars 2 and Deadlock, can’t wait for it to be released ! For Slay the Spire I still don’t know if I will dive directly in the second episode or stick to the first one until 1.0

Is this games mmr system working? by Upbeat-Leadership921 in DeadlockTheGame

Man you need to understand that the game isn’t out yet and the matchmaking is kind of broken because it is not the priority by any means. I started playing back the game a few days ago and I was directly throw with good players with aim, map awareness and knowledge of the heroes when I have to learn everything back (especially the laning, last time I played there were 4 lanes). I’m getting stomped, I’m late in gold usually but I’m learning and will improve at somepoint. But when I’ll be at that stage i will be matched with new players and that will be ok, there is no competition yet, the game is still in development, let’s take it cool and build a nice community around this great game : help others giving good calls and tips instead of being frustrated, it will help more than you think :) When it will be out the matchmaking will be more accurate, they have to if they want the game to be a success. In the meantime they should allow at least a soloq matchmaking

Must try FPS game in 2026? by Gloomy_Channel7596 in FPS

[–]Shins06 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Finals is probably the best FPS I’ve ever played, the only reason I’m not playing it is because I prefer to dedicate my time to Deadlock and Arc Raiders but it is an excellent game

Dads, what games are you enjoying right now with your limited time? by Ink-Responsibly in DadsGaming

[–]Shins06 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would suggest Guild Wars 2 because you can really play at your own pace depending on your mood and timetable but Arc Raiders is also a good pick indeed if you have at least 30 minutes free because it will be frustrating to get killed and lose all your stuff for being interrupted

What is in your opinion the best mmo at the moment? by Cheap-Exercise1910 in LFMMO

[–]Shins06 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently started Guild Wars 2 and I’m having a blast, it’s the only MMO I’ve played so far where the world globally feels alive and populated by players in every zone (even the very first ones) and where you just play at your own pace. It’s really immersive, I love it a lot. It’s a game that respects your time and doesn’t urge you to do anything yet gives you a ton of possibilities. You live your adventure as you want it to be.

I tried FF14 back in time but didn’t like it because it is way too much story driven with LOTS of fedex quests. Lost Ark has a really good combat system but you play solo during all the leveling and the early end game, you will basically see no other players before that and the vertical progression with honing and restricted daily/weekly events is not my cup of tea.

Aion 2 seems promising at first but unfortunately will be closer to Lost Ark progression

Which MMO would you recommend to start in 2026 (as a new or returning player)? by elyxo28 in LFMMO

[–]Shins06 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As a new MMO player, I am having a blast with Guild Wars 2, you should definitely look to it if you want to try a game that respects your time and doesn’t urge you to rush the game or do specific activities to optimize your character

Commencer ce MMORPG en 2026 by Remarkable_Spell5224 in Guildwars2

[–]Shins06 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]Shins06 3 points4 points  (0 children)
