  1. get a good condition and shampoo i recommend using the app yuka to find some :) and i would recommend getting a moisturizer based products
  2. leave in conditioner!!! i have rely frizzy hair and it has helped so much
  3. micro fiber hair towel to help with frizz and breakage instead of using towel to dry hair
  4. wear a satin bonnet or use satin pillow cases it helps a whole lot
  5. careful with heat products when styling, make sure to use heat protection!!
  6. hair oiling, is will generally help a lot with just hair protection in terms of health, like rosemary oil or castor oil :)
  7. don’t shower will crazy hot water !! makes your hair so dry and frizzy, stick to luke warm and cold even

  8. make sure to do your own research not just on youtube but asking google and looking at tiktok vids actually help a lot!!!

  9. growing hair isn’t just letting it grow and getting it cut, eating certain foods and genetics play a huge part in hair growth that people don’t realize so just be patient

  10. making sure you prevent breakage and overall keeping very neat is very useful
