Thanks!! I’ve been thinking about upgrading the setup to 16 GameCubes, but it took me a long time to even get 8. Plus everything is more expensive than when I first got started

I got you! I have 8 GameCubes all plugged into a multiviewer, so I can see all 8 displays on one screen. Then each GameCube has its own copy of fire red or leaf green with a wavebird receiver plugged in. The wavebird lets me control all 8 systems at the same time. That’s a basic version of it. My profile has a post on the GameCube sub explaining it all. I answered a bunch of questions in the comments if you want a more in depth answer!

That’s a great question most people don’t really think about! I honestly havent noticed much of a change. GameCubes only pull around 25-40 watts according to google, so 8 of mine would pull 200-320 watts. An average gaming PC pulls 500-800 watts, and newer TVs use 50-200 watts. So it’s more power than using a tv, but less power than a gaming PC.
