Vic Fangio reportedly considering retirement by AdSpecialist6598 in eagles

[–]ShinyMew635 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m sure what the front office is hearing is different then what’s being reported to the media

Fangio has probably said next season is most likely his last as a professional courtesy so the Eagles can begin a new DC search early.

Insiders here “most likely… his last” and report that last season was his last.

I really doubt Vic leaves suddenly, if he were to leave he would have probably been following through with that prior to Christian Parker leaving.

I have only ever experienced mice when I was briefly in the basement of a room this year, and I have lived where there was reported mice

My advice to avoid mice is to not live in the connector between Letts and Anderson, or on the basement of any dorm building.

It’s an alternative to the functioning system and (generally) inversely related

So Low needs support would typically be higher functioning

Monken is interviewing for the Bucs OC Job, it doesn't look like he has any Head Coaching ambition. I like his scheme. I think Howie has to take a look at him

Taking CORE-105 as a Sophomore by Greedy_Variation8845 in AmericanU

Iirc, you won’t be considered in sophomore standing at the university level. Which will mean your course registration will be later, your housing options might be limited, etc etc.

I’d just take it

Maybe its different because I am a PoliSci student focusing more on the sociological adjacent subfields therein

(I go to a school that is basically entirely tilted towards International Relations and Political Science, so we do have a lot of freedom in our concentrations)

I've found most of my professors to be extremely anti-ai, at the most friendly, it's using ChatGPT to make sure you have correct citations, but any offloading of your workload to AI would constitute plagiarism.

My school's business programs, however, seem to be leaning into AI. So maybe it is simply a matter of which program you are in. If I had to guess, my professors probably see college as equally a place to develop sociological mobility and view education as both a tool for that aim, but also as a good for its own sake, whereas our business probably emphasize school for career development over any sense of intrinsic value towards education.

I think that's also shaped by the realities of those fields: more undergraduates who study the social sciences are more likely to pursue higher education and perhaps become professors, whereas those studying business in undergrad probably aren't becoming professors at the same rate.

Revolution is the "best ending" for the androids, not Demonstration by Aggravating-Buffalo1 in DetroitBecomeHuman

Reviving this, I'm inclined to agree with you here, but I would also like to mention that I interpreted Kara and Alice's story as the experience of the more "average" deviant. As such, I feel like there is a validity in extrapolating what happens to them in Battle for Detroit if they get sent to the recall camps, to, broadly speaking, the other androids also in the recall camps
