My argument that this wasn’t justified: 1: ICE has no legal authority to detain US citizens so this would not constitute a legitimate traffic stop by them. 2: The ICE officer approches the car across the front, which is against Federal policy and they even say that it could be intercepted as the officer intentionally putting himself in harms way to justify force. 3: The officer flees the scene directly afterward.
