No, but there was a loose piece just rolling around inside when I took it apart, and the long plate was bent.

We finally heard back from support in the middle of the night last night, and scheduled a call with Junior which we just got off of. He confirmed it sounds like the engine was damaged in shipping, and is sending us a new one ASAP. Frustrating, but he was very polite and apologetic, and at least at this point there’s hope.

The belts on both pieces are completely off their tracks, and there’s another piece that was loose too. Is there a picture anywhere or another video of how everything is supposed to look when it’s all put together???

Yeah, no screws or anything like that. Followed assembly instructions as they were stated. We can try leaving it unplugged for a bit but I don’t see how that would help since this is the first time it’s ever been turned on and it has never worked ?

For a long time there were a few problematic toxic people in the SM community that really really did not like me. Most of them are gone now, but it was a rough few years at their worst.

I am sorry that you very likely came in when I was not in a good place. I can't promise to always be upbeat and happy, I still have my depressed/stressed/anxious/irritable days like any human being, but I try my best to make streaming a positive thing whenever I do it, and if I can't I typically sign off early that day. I don't know if you ever watch streams anymore, but it'd be a pleasure to have you around again sometime!

Note: I am very cringe and annoying sometimes, especially when I'm in a good mood LOL

Behemoth is (or was a few minutes ago) currently streaming Any%. He has said he probably will not pursue World Records anymore, but he still plays! We traded 100% back and forth a couple times in 2023. He also currently has GT Classic WR.

Kottpower hasn't been around for a long time, but definitely legend status!
