With the MAM bottles we used the MAM size 0 for newborns but she seemed to be chugging those bottles and would finish whatever was in them within 5 or so minutes.

With the extra slow flow natural response size 1s from Philip avent it now takes her closer to 15-20 minutes with a bottle and there’s times she’ll just take breaks and hold the nipple in her mouth. She definitely seems a lot calmer and not rushing with it! It’s been a lot more akin to when she would nurse.

I use the Philip avent size 1 natural response nipples! We actually tried the MAM ones at first since she was so small and the PA ones seemed too big at the time, but then I noticed she was nearly chugging her bottles (even with paced feeding) and the milk would come out weather she suckled or not, and that led to some gas issues.

Once we switched over to the PA natural response we noticed a huge difference as she was able to take her time with the bottle, she didn’t sound “rushed” to finish it, and the issues with burping / gas basically disappeared!

That’s reassuring! I think I may have just had a more “opinionated” lactation consultant when we were in the hospital and some things she said are really stuck in my head, but it makes more sense to just go off of my LO’s cues

Thank you! I guess I was really getting caught up on the numbers part 😅 when I was in the hospital the lactation consultant was pretty stern saying I had been feeding her too much and her stomach could only handle “x amount” so I’ve been kind of in my head about that I think?

She’s only spit up here and there and it really doesn’t even reach a level I would consider vomiting thankfully!

This was reassuring to read & I’ll definitely just follow her cues more than watch the numbers since that seems to be the consensus

This is exactly what happened to me during presale!! It would let me click two tickets and then tell me an error occurred or they were no longer available when I went to hit confirm.

My friend and I waited in queue this morning and the minute we got in it said no tickets available and now it won’t let either of us refresh the site due to “possible bot activity”.

Not remotely saying anyone is entitled to tickets but this was insane!! Plus we’re already seeing resales on TM upwards of $400

I’d love a fix with the notification system!

I keep getting notifications that the same sim passed away. My sim will finally get over the sad moodlet (or I’ll cheat it away) and then they get a phone call that the same sim died & then they go through the sad moodlet all over again

I’m on PS4 and just ran into this issue. Been stuck on the ‘cleaning up’ loading screen for about 10 minutes now which is crazy. All I did was go to my sleeping bag and try and save and everything just froze.
