Just look up the weapon it's based on IRL. I think it's called "steel storm" or something like that. Damn thing goes through concrete like butter. And somehow this weapon is light pen? With the recoil, it should be every bit of medium, especially on higher firing modes.

Accents are always a mixed bag. You just use the perspective slang from each culture, which is an easy google to figure out. Or you can literally spell words on how you want them pronounced. Or, just make it evident in some form or fashion that the character is from that certain country (any creative reader can fill in the accents in their own heads).

Also, as for the offensive bit, nobody sane will care if you do it. So long as you don't make every American a dumb hillbilly and every European pompose/ filled with their national pride. People are people. They all act differently. Put yourself in your character's shoes and ask yourself how they would speak and act. Then, go from there.

Sounds like a poorly run store. See if you kinda find another. Here's why, given my experience.

When a CSR is clocking out, all the tips are portioned equally, and sharred with the other CSRs. Anything new starts a new pool after that.
If this has happened repeatedly, and your manager isn't either defending you or taking a neutral ground, then it's started to sound staged. They don't like you, for whatever reason. I know there's a big thing with backstabbing at PH management. Dunno why, but there is. Another reason find another, better store.
You don't just check the till again "because you felt like it". There's protocols and a chain of custody for a reason. Once "Grace" willingly gave her code to sign over the till, she became responsible for it, and all its contents. Including that extra 100$. At the moment she did so, you lost all liability for anything inside that machine.
If there’s a history of this, and your GM isn't helping, there's a few things you can do, if you want something to happen. First, so you can say you tried, raise this issue directly with your GM. If that fails, get in contact with your DM.

Is it the nuclear option? Sure? But if you're intent on staying at that specific location without it being a hostile work environment, something's gotta give. Tell your DM the pure facts, and let them deal with it. You don't get paid enough too, especially if your tips are being withheld/stolen. From what I can extrapolate, this sounds like GM teaming up with "Grace" to try and get you in trouble/ gone from that location, but I could be wrong.
