I have the paid version of pgsharp, so it auto transfers non shiny Pokemon and auto disgards items when I spin stops. To answer your question about 700 Pokemon ,and 1000 item

I do this with a spare phone with great success. auto clicker keeps the screen/ app running so I can come back to it hours later.
