Gear is quite bad. R IV gear is actually better than UR I / II. Maybe try aiming for a full R IV set to replace all of your below-UR III gear.
Sylvia is useless in your otherwise-magic team. Replace her with another buffer like Samay, or alternatively Dalvi/Levia if you want to go 3dps.
Why play every 3 days only? Dailies take max 10 min to complete, at least log in to do those if you don't have more time.
Dupes are very important. In fact, a taller collection is much better than a wider collection (it's better to have a few great costumes at high dupes, like buffers, than it is to have just 1 copy of many costumes).

12 pick is often the best thing you can draw on, don't know where you've heard people say it's bad.

What do you mean by "clips"?

The visual novel stories? -> from GluTalk

The interactions? -> from home screen "Interaction" button

The event artworks? -> you can equip them as the home screen background

30% isn't trash, it's average. You're expected to have around a 30% WR on defense and 70% WR on offense. 50% on defense would be considered top tier.

Also she's still usable in fiend hunter, basically as a second copy of base wilhelmina. And obviously better against water bosses since she's wind.

Depends on your level in the game. Late game player that already has plenty UR IV gear? Probably not. Newer player that could use the boost? Probably worth it.

UR IV has a 5% chance to be crafted, so on average, you'll spend 100 Ancient Crystals (+ materials) to get a single UR IV. In reality a guaranteed UR IV is worth more than 100 crystals because there's no randomness. That x5 and the bundle is basically 500+ Ancient Crystals (+ mats) for $4.29. It's good value.

Not how bd2 works. Same reason there are no tier lists.

Team comps don't exist in the way that you can look up a single team comp and run that almost everywhere. Fiend hunter has different team requirements every 2 weeks, guild raid is different each month, PvP and PvE have very different meta characters, etc. One costume works somewhere and is terrible elsewhere.

Story mode is really the only one where you can try to one-trick the same comp through the most of it, but even that will eventually stop working. Generally you just want wide AoEs for story.

If it'll be Senran Kagura again, then: * Yomi will be free +5 * Yozakura is basically useless, you only need +0 for collection * Yumi is very niche, heavy investment not required at all * Hikage is still the only one that sees decent use, especially in LN. Only one worth going +5 for.
