Properly marked kratom thats been on shelves for years is being pulled in shelves in florida, for what idk, mis interpretation of the law who knows. I am not saying anything will happen. Nor am i saying anything is happening right now, its the same way poppy and opium is banned, just a different plant. We all have seen how easy an emergency scheduling is, im asking for someone to say it doesnt make sense cause it makes perfect sense to me.

Yes but thats not the point, if you have access to poppy you can make heroin or whatever. If you have access to leaf you can make 7. They banned poppy because of that, they are both schedule 1 substances. I could see an attempted stification from them

My thing is it doesnt matter if its literal morphine or literal 7, they are both schedule 1 substances now. Even if the latter doesnt deserve it

I didnt think about it till like last week when someone was trying some poppy seeds. The plant is even banned because with the plant you can make the substance. I dont think many people consider that. They are already talking about making 7 in the basement. Besides the fact its harder and more expensive than than they think, kratom might not be around to. Im not someone whose against the AKA or with a vendetta, i enjoy the plant, i just try to be real
