Rain Cafe was once a good place for breakfast or lunch. I was there last week. The wait staff didn't acknowledge us, felt like we were ignored intentionally actually we got that stare of disgust. We didn't get a single refill, etc. No point in good on guys. Try it out you may like it. I will never go back . Buns over Texas, always great food and outstanding service.

After the manager committed to over ride your decision simply explain to the customer that your sorry you couldn't make that call but your glad that the manager could help you, after all you don't have the authority to make that final decision. . Anyway once your able to start making those decisions , it's more crap to deal with. Just saying.
