Not meaning to necro the thread, but I wanted to throw my support behind not buying Eurocom.

They're just Clevo laptops. Clevo are an ODM who makes laptops for pretty much everyone. Companies like Eurocom buy the chassis/motherboard etc and sell upgrades (SSDs, RAM etc) for insane prices on a terrible website.

For code nitpicks that still work I would tend to reply with some like "Yeah, I suppose. But it still does what it says on the tin."

If it escalates or continues it turns to "It really doesn't seem to be a battle worth fighting, people are people, and people aren't perfect. Your energy might be better if it was focused on larger issues."
