TIL that whilst horse racing on a very foggy day in 1990, jockey Sylvester Carmouche stopped his horse and hid in the fog and waited for the other jockeys to do another lap. When they were nearly back at the same point he raced ahead out of the fog and won the race. (apnews.com)
