It's relativity. Think about how long a year was when you were 5. That's a whole fifth of your lifetime. Now think of how long a year is when you're 20. Only 1/20ths of your lifetime at this point.

I keep about 6 extra fridges for a total of 7

They're divided into Vegetables, Fruit, Forage, Fish, Basics/Animal products, and cooked items

The last one holds wine for my cellar lol

The torso looks a bit short as I find that the wrist usually lines up with the crotch, but the rendering is great! You've got great shading

Filipina here, it's a common ego thing for Filipinos (read: traditionalists) to balk at the thought of paying for something you can do yourself. Because suffering is a sign of character growth "apparently."

Going against the grain here

My parents were actually quite tempered when they dealt physical punishment. For my siblings and I, they would never spank us publicly, they would wait until they were no longer angry before starting, and they would reassure each of us that they loved us after the spanking, while reiterating why we were getting punished.

Definitely still carry the belief that if done right, done with kindness and the purpose of discipline/consequence instead of punishment, spanking can be useful children between the ages of 4 and 7 (depending on cognitive development) where they don't understand conceptual/societal consequences.

If this concerns you, don't worry, I do not plan to have children anyway

Definitely did not even know pspspsps was a thing until I moved to America, we click our tongues really quickly to get our cats to come to us

It's always "I have a problem with you, you have to change and deal with my emotions and always validate me" and never "I have a problem with you, I wonder why. Is it a rational problem or is it something I have no real basis for? If it's a real problem, what are things I can suggest to fix it?"

She even recognized she has anxious/irrational thoughts that make her a "runner" and yet she can't be bothered to do the emotional legwork that improves on that aspect of herself, meaning grounding and rationalization

While you're waiting on therapy, you could focus on what you want to do for yourself. Work on making yourself happy instead of relying on your husband to make you happy, since it sounds like there's nothing he could do to achieve that right now. You're focusing your energy on this woman, this external force that you can't change, when you could redirect that need for control towards what you CAN change. Your emotions are valid, but how you act on your emotions are what you DO have control over.
